1. Introduction

SirotByte Games ("we", "us", or "our") develops and publishes mobile games. This Privacy Policy describes how information is handled when you use our games ("Games"), including information processed by integrated third-party services.

This policy applies to games published by SirotByte Games that link to this page. Individual Games may offer different features, including advertisements and optional in-app purchases.

This policy explicitly covers Block Games: Numbers and Block Games: Lines on Android and iOS, as well as other SirotByte Games that link to this page. Each game offers its own optional Remove Ads monthly subscription, purchased through Google Play on Android or the Apple App Store on iOS.

Block Games: Pop: This policy also explicitly covers Block Games: Pop on Android and iOS. Its optional monthly Remove Ads subscription applies only to Pop. Features described below depend on availability and activation in the installed version; a testing build may have analytics, advertising or purchases disabled.

2. Information We Collect

Our Games do not require users to create a SirotByte Games account or directly provide their name or email address to play.

Where supported, game progress and preferences are stored locally on the user's device rather than on servers operated by SirotByte Games.

Block Games: Numbers and Block Games: Lines ask you to select an age category before age-dependent analytics and advertising behavior begins. The choices are under 13, 13–15, 16–17, and 18 or older. The selected category is stored locally on your device and can be corrected in Settings. Neither game asks for an exact age or date of birth. This selection is self-declared and is not verified age assurance. All age groups can play; age selection controls privacy behavior rather than unlocking gameplay features.

Third-party services integrated into certain Games may automatically process information, including:

The categories of information processed depend on the features and third-party services used by each Game.

Optional Firebase Analytics in Numbers and Lines: Firebase Analytics collection is disabled while age is unknown and for users selecting an under-16 category. Users selecting 16–17 or 18 or older are offered a separate, explicit analytics opt-in. Age selection or advertising consent alone does not enable analytics. Collection remains disabled until an eligible user grants analytics consent, and the saved choice is checked on later launches.

When enabled, analytics may include game starts, game overs, scores, and other non-identifying gameplay or usage parameters. Firebase also processes app-instance identifiers and technical information associated with analytics; analytics data should not be treated as anonymous merely because the game does not ask for your name. Neither game supplies a name, email address, exact age, or date of birth as gameplay event parameters. Analytics consent is separate from advertising consent and is not required to play or subscribe.

Eligible users can change their analytics preference in Settings. Withdrawing consent stops further collection and resets local analytics data; it does not by itself delete events already uploaded or cancel a subscription. With analytics consent, the game may associate its Firebase app-instance identifier with RevenueCat to relate consented analytics and subscription activity. The game requests removal of this optional association when analytics consent is withdrawn. Third-party records and retention remain subject to provider capabilities and applicable requirements.

Optional Firebase Analytics in Pop: Pop stores a self-declared age category locally: under 13, 13–15, 16–17, or 18 or older. It does not ask for an exact age or birth date. All age groups can play. Analytics is disabled while age is unknown and for under-16 categories. Users aged 16 or older must separately opt in; advertising consent and age selection do not enable analytics. Eligible users can change their choice in Settings. Withdrawing consent stops further collection and resets local analytics data, but does not itself delete uploaded events or cancel subscriptions.

When enabled, Pop sends level-start, completion and failure events, with level numbers and, where applicable, retry or new-completion indicators. It also records interstitial displays with placement and level-count parameters when shown. Firebase may process app-instance identifiers and technical usage information; this is not a claim of anonymous analytics. Pop does not supply a name, email address, exact age or birth date as gameplay event parameters. Its current implementation does not associate the Firebase app-instance identifier with RevenueCat. Analytics is optional and is not required to play or subscribe.

3. Advertising

Some of our Games use Google AdMob to display advertisements. Google and its advertising partners may process device information, advertising identifiers where permitted, IP addresses, and ad interaction data.

This information may be used for ad delivery, measurement, security, and fraud prevention. Personalized advertising is subject to applicable privacy laws, consent requirements, and age-based restrictions.

For more information about Google's privacy practices: Google Privacy Policy .

Block Games: Numbers and Block Games: Lines use Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) to handle advertising consent and privacy choices where applicable. Adults may be shown a consent form when required. An Ad privacy options entry is available in Settings when required by the consent service. In the current implementation, all users selecting a category below 18 receive conservative child-directed and under-age-of-consent treatment and are not shown the standard adult advertising consent form. Both games request non-personalized ads with a maximum ad content rating of G for all age groups. No advertising requests are made before an age category has been selected and the applicable privacy checks permit them. An active recognized Remove Ads subscription disables advertisements.

Advertising in Pop: When enabled, Pop uses Google AdMob for a home-screen banner and interstitials at level transitions. Interstitial opportunities occur after every three newly completed levels when the player selects Next Level; retries and replays do not count. Pop requests non-personalized, G-rated ads for all age categories and applies conservative child-directed and under-age-of-consent treatment to all under-18 categories. Google UMP handles applicable advertising consent and privacy choices; adults may see a required consent form, and Settings provides Ad privacy options when required. No ad requests are made while age is unknown or applicable privacy checks do not permit them. Non-personalized advertising may still involve technical and ad-interaction data. An active, recognized Remove Ads entitlement suppresses banners and interstitials.

4. Children's Privacy

Some of our Games are designed for a general audience, including children and adults.

We do not require children to create accounts or directly submit names, email addresses, or contact information to play our Games.

Games that target children are subject to applicable children's privacy and advertising requirements, including Google Play Families policies. Advertising directed to children must comply with restrictions on personalized advertising and the processing of certain device identifiers.

For Block Games: Numbers and Block Games: Lines, the under-18 treatment described above is applied without collecting a birth date or attempting to infer a player's country-specific consent age. A saved age category applies to the device's installation; on shared devices, an adult's saved selection may otherwise be used by a child. Parents and guardians should check the Age group setting before a child plays. After correcting the age category, advertising is stopped for that session and the game must be restarted before advertising can resume under the updated settings. Purchase and subscription services may still process the technical and transaction information described below; child-directed advertising settings do not disable all third-party data processing. Children should ask a parent or guardian before subscribing.

Parents or guardians may contact us regarding privacy concerns or requests relating to their children at sirotbytegames@gmail.com .

Pop and shared devices: Pop's saved age category applies to the installation and is not verified age assurance. Parents and guardians should check the Age group setting before a child plays. Correcting it stops advertising while the new privacy settings are applied and rechecks analytics eligibility; Pop does not require a restart for that update. Unknown-age and under-16 users cannot enable analytics. These safeguards do not disable all technical or transaction processing by purchase services. Children should ask a parent or guardian before subscribing.

5. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

Some Games offer optional in-app purchases or subscriptions, including subscriptions that remove advertisements.

Purchases on Android are processed through Google Play Billing. Purchases on iOS are processed through Apple's App Store in-app purchase system. The relevant store handles billing and payment authorization. We do not directly receive your payment card or bank account details through the game.

The Game may process purchase identifiers, product identifiers, and subscription entitlement information to verify purchases and provide purchased features.

Block Games: Numbers and Block Games: Lines use RevenueCat to help verify purchases, determine whether the Remove Ads entitlement is active, and restore subscription access. RevenueCat processes information associated with these functions, including an app user identifier generated by the service, product and transaction identifiers, purchase receipts or tokens, subscription status and expiration information, and technical information such as device/platform information and IP address. These identifiers do not require you to create a SirotByte Games account. Neither game supplies your name, email address, exact birth date, or selected age category to RevenueCat, and both disable its automatic device identifier collection option. This does not mean that RevenueCat processes no identifiers or technical information.

RevenueCat processes end-user information on our behalf to provide its purchase and subscription services. Apple and Google process store transactions under their respective terms and privacy policies. RevenueCat does not replace the store as the provider of payment authorization or subscription cancellation controls.

You can manage or cancel subscriptions through the store account used to subscribe:

Uninstalling the game or deleting local data does not cancel a subscription. Use Restore purchases in the game's Settings to ask the store and RevenueCat to recheck eligible existing purchases. Restoration does not itself purchase a new subscription. Subscription terms are available at the Terms of Use page: https://sirotbytegames-sys.github.io/privacy-policy/terms/

Subscriptions in Pop: Where available, Pop offers an optional monthly auto-renewing Remove Ads subscription through Google Play or the Apple App Store. The store displays the price and handles payment, renewal and cancellation. RevenueCat verifies purchases, restores eligible access and checks the remove_ads entitlement. It processes service-generated app-user identifiers, product and transaction identifiers, receipts or purchase tokens, subscription status and expiration information, and technical information such as device/platform information and IP address. Pop does not supply a name, email address, birth date or selected age category to RevenueCat and disables its automatic device identifier collection option; this does not eliminate service identifiers or technical processing. Payment-card and bank-account details are not directly received by SirotByte Games through Pop. The store management, restoration and cancellation guidance above also applies to Pop.

6. Third-Party Services

Depending on the Game, we may integrate:

RevenueCat's public privacy policy distinguishes its own controller activities from processing of app end-user data on developers' behalf. For information and requests concerning data processed on our behalf, contact SirotByte Games using the contact information in this policy.

These services may process information according to their own privacy policies. See Google's Privacy Policy .

7. How Information Is Used

Information processed through our Games and their integrated services may be used to:

8. Data Retention and Deletion

Game progress and settings stored locally can generally be deleted by clearing the Game's application data or uninstalling the Game.

Third-party providers may retain advertising, purchase, and diagnostic information according to their own retention policies and applicable law.

Clearing local game data does not cancel store subscriptions or necessarily delete purchase records held by Apple, Google, or RevenueCat. Contact us about data processed on our behalf. Applicable retention obligations and store records may limit deletion. No fixed deletion or retention period is promised by this policy.

To request information about personal data under our control, or request deletion where applicable, contact sirotbytegames@gmail.com .

For Block Games: Numbers, Block Games: Lines and Block Games: Pop, see our Data Deletion Request page for request instructions, identification guidance and retention limitations.

9. Data Security

We take reasonable measures to protect information under our control. Third-party service providers maintain their own security measures. No electronic storage or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure.

10. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict the processing of personal information, object to certain processing activities, or withdraw consent where applicable.

For privacy requests, contact sirotbytegames@gmail.com .

Certain advertising preferences may also be managed through your device settings, Google account settings, or privacy controls provided within the relevant Game.

In Block Games: Numbers and Block Games: Lines, you can review or correct your saved age category in Settings and, when available, reopen Google's advertising privacy options there. Eligible users can also opt in to or withdraw Firebase Analytics consent in Settings. Subscription management and cancellation are separate from analytics and advertising privacy choices.

These privacy rights and contact routes also apply to Block Games: Pop. In Pop Settings, you can correct the saved age category, change analytics consent when eligible, and reopen advertising privacy options when available. You or a parent or guardian can contact us about access, correction or deletion of identifiable provider-held records processed on our behalf, subject to applicable rights, identification requirements, retention obligations and provider capabilities. Clearing local data or withdrawing consent does not necessarily delete provider-held records. Subscription cancellation remains a separate action through the store.

11. International Data Processing

Third-party service providers may process information in countries outside your country of residence, subject to applicable laws and required safeguards.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when our Games, third-party services, or legal requirements change. Updates will be published on this page with a revised effective date.
