Block Games: Numbers, Block Games: Lines and Block Games: Pop — SirotByte Games

1. About these terms

These terms cover your use of Block Games: Numbers, Block Games: Lines and Block Games: Pop on Android and iOS and each game's optional Remove Ads monthly subscription. References to the game mean whichever of these three games you use. The relevant Google Play or Apple App Store terms also apply to store purchases. These terms do not limit rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

2. Playing the game

The game is intended for a general audience, including children and adults. The Remove Ads subscription is optional; it is not required to play. Players under 18 should ask a parent or guardian before subscribing and follow the store's parental approval requirements. Selecting an older age group does not provide a reward or change the subscription price.

You may use the game for personal entertainment. Do not use it unlawfully or interfere with its operation. Game progress and preferences are stored locally; uninstalling the game or clearing its data may remove them. Restoring a subscription does not restore deleted game progress.

3. Optional Remove Ads subscription

Remove Ads is a monthly auto-renewable subscription that removes advertisements in the game for which you subscribed, Block Games: Numbers, Block Games: Lines or Block Games: Pop, while that game's subscription entitlement is active and recognized. It is not a permanent one-time purchase. Each subscription applies to the game in which it was purchased; these terms do not promise ad removal in any other game. It does not promise additional premium features, access to paid features in other SirotByte Games, or transfer of purchases between Apple and Google accounts.

The localized price and billing period are shown in the game when the store product is available and in the store's purchase confirmation. Review the price displayed by your store for your storefront before confirming your purchase. Store pricing, applicable taxes, and any price changes are governed by the store's checkout and notification/consent rules. These terms do not offer a trial or promotional discount.

RevenueCat helps verify purchases and determine whether the game's Remove Ads entitlement is active. A pending or deferred payment does not itself grant ad removal; the entitlement must be active and recognized. Purchases are optional, and gameplay remains available if the store product is unavailable or a purchase fails.

4. Billing and automatic renewal

Payment is processed through the Apple App Store for iOS purchases or Google Play Billing for Android purchases and charged to the applicable store account. The subscription automatically renews for successive one-month periods unless canceled under the relevant store's rules. Review the store's renewal date and cancellation instructions before subscribing.

To stop renewal, cancel through the relevant store before the next renewal date shown in your subscription settings and follow that store's cancellation instructions. Timing and available cancellation options may depend on the store and your location. Any store-required notifications and consent for price changes apply.

5. Managing and canceling your subscription

Manage or cancel using the same store account used for the purchase:

• Apple: Manage Apple subscriptions, or iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions → the subscription. Apple cancellation instructions.
• Google Play: Manage Google Play subscriptions, or Play Store → profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions. Google Play cancellation instructions.

Cancellation normally stops future renewal and does not immediately end access for the remaining paid period, subject to the store's recorded entitlement and any applicable refund or revocation. Deleting the app, clearing game data, or changing advertising consent does not cancel the subscription. After entitlement expires, ads may resume if permitted by the game's privacy and advertising settings.

6. Restoring purchases

Use Restore purchases in the game's Settings to recheck eligible purchases with the store and RevenueCat. Use the game in which you subscribed, the store account that originally purchased the subscription, and an internet connection. Restoration does not create a new purchase, extend an expired subscription, or recover deleted gameplay progress. Restoration and access remain subject to the store's purchase records; cross-platform transfer and Family Sharing are not promised by these terms.

7. Purchase support and refunds

For game or entitlement problems, contact sirotbytegames@gmail.com. For billing, cancellation, or refund requests, use the relevant store's support process. Refund eligibility and decisions are subject to the store's applicable rules and your statutory rights. These terms do not create an additional refund guarantee or a no-refunds policy.

8. Privacy and third-party services

Read the SirotByte Games Privacy Policy for information about local game data, advertising, age-group handling, and third-party purchase services. RevenueCat helps verify purchases, restore access, and determine subscription entitlements; payment authorization and subscription billing are handled by Apple or Google. All three games ask for an age category before age-dependent analytics or advertising behavior begins. The age choice is self-declared, not verified age assurance. Firebase Analytics is disabled for unknown-age and under-16 users; eligible users must opt in and can withdraw consent in Settings. All three games request G-rated, non-personalized ads and apply conservative child-directed safeguards to under-18 categories. An active recognized Remove Ads entitlement disables advertisements in the subscribed game. Privacy choices are separate from subscription cancellation.

In Block Games: Pop, advertising consists of a home-screen banner and interstitial opportunities after every three newly completed levels when Next Level is selected. Age correction reapplies privacy settings without requiring a restart. Pop's current implementation does not link Firebase app-instance identity to RevenueCat. Availability of advertising, analytics and checkout depends on the installed version and service configuration; testing builds may disable them. The monthly Remove Ads terms above apply when Pop's subscription is offered, with the store-displayed price and billing period controlling checkout.

9. Changes and contact

Changes to these terms will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Subscription pricing and billing changes remain subject to applicable law and the relevant store's rules. No change to these terms overrides mandatory consumer rights.
