How to request deletion

Email sirotbytegames@gmail.com with the subject Block Games — Data Deletion Request. You can request deletion of data associated with your installation or subscription, or ask what data we can identify. Parents and guardians can contact us on a child's behalf.

  1. Tell us whether your request concerns Block Games: Numbers, Block Games: Lines, Block Games: Pop, or more than one game and whether you use Android or iOS.
  2. Describe what you want deleted, such as identifiable analytics data, subscription/customer records, or earlier support correspondence.
  3. If you subscribed, include the store used and approximate purchase date. If needed to locate or verify the purchase, we may ask for a Google Play order reference or a redacted store receipt showing only the relevant game, order reference and date.

You do not need to provide your full name, exact date of birth, home address, identity documents, passwords, payment-card details, purchase tokens or unrelated transactions. Do not send account credentials. We will ask only for additional information reasonably needed to locate the relevant record and verify that you are entitled to request its deletion.

Identifying your installation

None of these games requires a SirotByte Games account. An email address alone may not identify an installation: Firebase Analytics and RevenueCat use app-instance or anonymous customer identifiers, and these can change after data is cleared or the app is reinstalled. None of these games currently provides a user-facing screen for copying those identifiers.

Contact us first if you do not know an identifier. Tell us your platform and whether you subscribed; we will explain any supported identification steps. Keep access to the installation or relevant store purchase record while we assess the request, if possible. Do not enable analytics just to request deletion. Without a matching identifier or transaction reference, we may be unable to locate particular anonymous records; we will explain that limitation rather than claim they were deleted.

What can be requested for deletion

We will assess your request, explain any information needed to identify the data, and tell you what can be deleted, what cannot be located, and what must be retained. Provider capabilities and applicable law determine the available action; this page does not promise deletion of all third-party or anonymous data.

Local game data and privacy choices

Progress, personal bests, age selection and preferences are stored locally. You can remove local data using your device's app-data controls or by deleting the app, depending on the platform and backup settings. Check device backups separately. We cannot remotely clear your device or its backups. Removing local data may permanently remove your progress and does not necessarily delete provider-held records.

You can turn off usage analytics in the game's Settings when available. Advertising privacy options are separate and are shown where required by Google's consent service. These choices do not delete already uploaded data or cancel subscriptions.

Information that may need to be retained

Some purchase, transaction, entitlement, security or request-verification records may need to be retained to comply with legal or accounting obligations, prevent fraud, handle disputes or refunds, and process or restore subscriptions. Google, Apple and other providers may have their own retention obligations. Where possible, we will explain the retained categories and the reason. We do not specify a fixed retention period because it depends on the record, provider and applicable requirements.

Cancel a subscription separately

A data deletion request, clearing app data or uninstalling the game does not cancel your subscription. Manage billing through the store account used to subscribe:

If you plan to stop recurring charges, cancel through the store as well as requesting deletion. Store purchase records or an ongoing subscription can cause some service records to be recreated when you use or restore the game.
